Connected to your systems, with only the access it needs

We connect AI to your CRM, ERP, documents and tools through each system's API, the connection software uses to talk to other software. Each connection passes only the data its task needs.

When it fits

Integration is usually the hardest part of putting AI to work, and the part most worth getting right.

  1. 01

An AI pilot worked on sample data, but can't reach the real systems safely.

  2. 02

Your IT team needs to know exactly what an AI system can see and change.

  3. 03

Several AI tools each connect in their own way, and nobody has the full picture.

What we build

  1. 01Connections to your systems through their own APIs, using named service accounts.
  2. 02Field-level rules on what each connection may read or change.
  3. 03Connections built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open standard for linking AI to tools, where it suits your systems.
  4. 04A log of every call between the AI and your systems.
  5. 05Documentation your IT team can review, maintain and own.

How it works

Before anything connects, we agree which fields cross each connection. Everything else stays where it is.

  1. 01Connectors use each system's API, a scheduled sync or events.
  2. 02Only the agreed fields are sent to the AI.
  3. 03Sensitive data, such as card details, stays in your systems.
What crosses the connectionYour CRM, ERP and documents connect through APIs, syncs and events. Only four agreed fields are sent to the AI: customer name, order number, order status and delivery date. Card data, salaries and health data stay in your systems. The AI runs under a named account with the least access it needs.FIG. 01WHAT CROSSES THE CONNECTIONCRMERPDocumentsCONNECTORS: API, SYNC, EVENTSSENT TO THE AIcustomer nameorder numberorder statusdelivery dateSTAYS PUTcard datasalarieshealth dataAIuses only these fieldsNAMED ACCOUNTLEAST ACCESS

Safeguards

Most integration risk comes from access that is wider than it needs to be.

Access wider than the task needs
Each connection uses its own named account with the least access the task needs, reviewed by your IT team.
Sensitive data leaving your systems
Fields are allowed one by one. Data such as payment or health details stays out unless there is an agreed reason.
Connections nobody can maintain
Every connection is documented and built to your standards, so your team can own it.
A change elsewhere breaking things
Connections are monitored, and a failure alerts an owner instead of failing silently.

How to start

First engagement · Data map and pilot

One job, connected safely

It delivers:

  • A written map of the systems, fields and access the job needs
  • Working connections for one job, in a test environment
  • Logs and monitoring for each connection
  • Documentation for your IT team
Price
Fixed, agreed before we start
Length
Usually 3 to 6 weeks
Decision pointYou approve the data map before anything connects, and decide at the end whether to go live.

Questions

What is an API?

It's the connection software uses to talk to other software. Most business systems have one, and it lets AI work with them without copying anything from the screen.

What if a system has no API?

There are other options, such as scheduled exports or a read-only copy of the database. We'll explain the trade-offs before you decide.

Do you need admin access to our systems?

No. We ask for named accounts with only the access each job needs, set up by your IT team.

Who maintains the connections after launch?

Your team, or us on a support plan. Either way they are documented, so the choice stays yours.

Tell us one job you'd like AI to do

We'll tell you honestly whether AI is the right fit, and what a sensible first step looks like.
